工作內容：
Commercial Analytics Supervisor合約管理暨營運分析襄理(短期約聘)
※2020年10月~2021年5月–7個月派遣職(職務代理)
※周一至周五：09:00~18:00，前後可彈性1個小時
《 Purpose of Role》
1. Incentive Contract Management: reviewing contract terms, plan list, and all the control points relating to contract process, and contract stamping.
2. Master data management in Customer & Product Domain:
(1) Customer data: be the gatekeeper and approver for the customer data requests incl. KYBP, MDS, and master data housekeeping
(2) Product data: to consolidate all the information from product master, financial brand code mapping, and make sure data readiness for various system usage.
《Accountabilities》
1. Ensure contract process is to follow with Company Policy and no breach on compliance.
2. Ensure the customer master data request is completed following with Company Policy accurately and timely.
3. Outside of Taiwan, as a main contact with Data team in Manila, and data governance team.
4. Inside of Taiwan, cross functional communication is required, such as with Finance, Sales, and Legal.
5. Ad hoc support by request.
《Qualifications and Experience Required》
1. 2~3 year experiences in CPG (consumer packaged goods).
2. Good reading, writing and conversation skill in both English & Mandarin.
3. Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, and be willing to work under pressure.
4. Excellent Excel skill. 熟悉Excel樞紐分析、簡報製作
