Descriptions:
• Responsible in full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll calculation, employee compensation, recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations, etc…
• Assist in HR projects such as budgeting and forecasting, salary and bonus review, talent assessment review
• Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to labor ordinance and other local regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

上班地點:台北市松山區民生東路三段

上班時段:09:00-18:00
休假制度:週休二日

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in HR generalist or C&B role
• Proficient in MS Excel, strong knowledge in HR systems is an advantage
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Good business acumen, Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and Self-motivated
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure
• Able to work with all levels of colleagues in a fast growing environment
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
