Responsibility:

To coordinate with relevant parties; sales, customer, internal teams; to ensure order fulfillment efficiency – To assist in import/export process and document preparation – To coordinate with forwarder and courier services for shipping operation – To help to resolve issues on export, logistics, system, paperwork, etc. – To provides customer service in a timely manner via email or phone calls – To monitor system platform for orders & customer services and identify any problem – Miscellaneous administrative duties (Filing/Copying/ Data Entry)

其他工作條件限制:
– Undergraduate degree major in business or related fields
– Proficiency in English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
– 3-5 years working experience; order fulfillment experience is a plus
– Experience of ERP & CRM systems
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Detail oriented with sound problem-solving skills
– A strong team player

上班地點:台北市大安區敦化南路二段
上班時段:09:00-18:00
休假制度:週休二日
