工作內容:

– To handle high volume orders and being responsible for processing accuracy & efficiency
– To coordinate with relevant parties; sales, customer, internal teams; to ensure order fulfillment efficiency
– To support order fulfillment & relevant analysis reports
– To assist the validation of promotion redemption
– To support & feedback customer inquiry
– To provides customer service in a timely manner via email or phone calls
– To monitor system platform for orders & customer services and identify any problem員工福利:

上班地點:台北市大安區敦化南路二段
上班時段:晚班1300~2200

學歷要求:大學以上
科系要求:企業管理相關,一般商業學類
語文條件:英文(聽:中等說:中等讀:中等寫:中等)
其他條件:
– Undergraduate degree major in business or related fields
– Proficiency in English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
– 3-5 years working experience; order fulfillment experience is a plus
– Experience of ERP & CRM systems
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Detail oriented with sound problem-solving skills
– A strong team player
