The Marketing Communications Specialist role assumes responsibility for helping event execution, marketing assets(pull-up banner, giveaway, brochure) management, as well as system support such as Salesfoce data input, Sirecore and Sprout..etc. Main job functions will be including: Event execution: venue survey and set up, event management and follow-up call, onsite registration, survey form collection and consolidation, MQL filter. Leads management: follow GDPR policy to collect opt-in data, registration, leads upload to Salesfoce and follow-up with sales/channel. Asset management: Physical: pull-up banner, brochure, giveaway, poster, handout management. Digital content management, website update, social post, and database maintain. Innovation Conference: support and execute Innovation Conference Other operation: invoice process, vendor communications, cross-team collaborations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
