We are looking for a detail-minded and results-driven individual who is passionate about driving business success using innovative, smart marketing in the B2B space. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Taiwan (and the General Manager, Taiwan while Marketing Manager is on leave); and working closely with the Taiwan Leadership Team. You are expected to take campaign ownership and ensure operational excellence in our marketing efforts with a hands-on approach. You will be competent to develop and implement customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive brand relevancy and contribute to targeted growth for our business. Above all, you will enjoy working with teams from diverse backgrounds, have demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment and embrace a data-driven, forward-leaning culture in your day-to-day work.
•Manage overall strategy and execution of events, digital, social media and PR & communications initiatives.
•Create customer-centric content & communications (e.g. website and e-newsletters) that support our demand generation, branding and customer retention objectives.
•Partner with the Sales and Customer Solutions team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive targeted growth and brand relevancy to our target audiences.
•Build marketing operations mechanisms through consolidating data from online and offline marketing initiatives, analyze and deliver actionable insights for the business (e.g. SFDC dashboards).
•Provide comprehensive marketing, PR & communications support for the General Manager, Taiwan; and to perform other relevant duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate:
•A degree holder in related disciplines with 3-5 year(s) of experience in Marketing, PR and/or Communications (candidates with agency background are welcome to apply).
•A passionate marketer with proven track record of driving marketing results for global brands; and a keen eye for professional corporate branding and design.
•Have demonstrated experience and ability in creating customer-centric marketing content and managing multi-product portfolio, preferably in the B2B industry.
•Forward leaning and comfortable with the use of modern, data-driven marketing approaches.
•A team player and fast learner with strong business acumen, interpersonal and problem solving skills who enjoys working in a dynamic, flexible and fast-paced environment.
•Competent in the use of general MS Office applications, digital marketing and website management tools.
•Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
•Capable of managing complex internal workflows and working in an ethical, compliant mindset.
•Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Marketing Manager.
